Description:
The GREG cell line is a spontaneously immortal myoblast cell line derived from the dysferlin-deficient A/J mouse.  This cell line has been confirmed to produce NO dysferlin protein

Notes:
This cell line is reported to grow slowly, but is quite myogenic and forms robust myotubes.
