Hotel Rates

A guaranteed block of rooms has been reserved for the nights of May 7-10, 2024. In addition, the conference rate is also available for the following dates: May 4, 5, 6 and May 11, 12, 13, 2024. However, these rooms are limited and provided based on availability, so book your room early.

The conference rate is $199 + tax (17%) + state recovery fee of $4 for single/double occupancy for a Single/Double Room. Please feel free to upgrade your room at your own expense.

Hotel Reservations

We ask that you make your hotel reservations by March 31, 2024, although the hotel will provide the Jain Foundation conference rate for reservations made up to April 16, 2024 at 5:00 pm CT. Reservations made after April 16, 2024 at 5:00 pm CT will be subject to prevailing rates and accepted on a space available basis only.

Please note: Attendees who will be sharing a room with a roommate (see below for more information on roommates) assigned by the Jain Foundation or who need special accommodations (like ADA rooms – see more details below) SHOULD NOT book their hotel reservations directly. Please see the information provided below about how to arrange for these special rooming needs.

Making your reservation:

For online reservations:

The link to the online form to reserve a hotel room at the conference rate of $199/night is set at a default date range of 5/7/2024 – 5/11/2024. If you will be staying for any date range other than the default date range, you will need to change the search parameters on the link’s landing page. Click the Change Search drop down on the top right. The Change Search drop down screen will allow you to change the check in and check out dates, as well as the number of guests per room if you are sharing a room. Do not change the bed type or amenities in the online selections. This will cause an error in the system. Link to reserve your room online

For phone reservations:

Direct reservation phone number: 1-888-465-4329 (Ask for the GROUP rate for JAIN FOUNDATION, Group Code CIT). You will need to inform the booking agent that you will be attending the Jain Foundation Dysferlin Conference and ask for the GROUP rate.

Note: If you get a message saying that the conference rate is not available or if you have any other problems, please DO NOT book your room. Instead, email conference@jain-foundation.org and we will help resolve the problem.

Hotel Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required when making your hotel reservations in order to guarantee your reservation. The credit card will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel. Reservation cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to arrival or the first night’s room and tax will be charged.

Sign up for a Roommate

In order to save on hotel costs, sharing a room is possible. To be paired up with a roommate, please fill out the relevant fields in the conference registration form and the Jain Foundation will find an appropriate roommate for you or you can request a particular roommate. Once you have been paired up with a roommate the Jain Foundation will make your hotel reservation for you and send you a confirmation. Therefore, please DO NOT book your own room if you would like a roommate.

Special Accommodations

If you need special accommodations, like wheelchair accessible (ADA), roll-in shower, and/or connecting rooms, please email conference@jain-foundation.org and indicate what your needs are, number of beds that you need, and your arrival and departure dates and the Jain Foundation will make the necessary arrangements and send you a confirmation. Please note that there are a very limited number of roll-in shower rooms so please book early!
